News with 1/2
It has been another busy term in year 1 and 2.
In Maths we have been sorting shapes according to their attributes and properties as well as identifying the core of various AB, AAB, ABB and ABC patterns.
In creative arts with K, 1 and 2, we have been working on a special project encompassing dance, drama and music called Barry Bilby's Big Bush Band. As part of the performance students have been learning to sing and play the tune Starlight, Star Bright on tuned percussion instruments including Boom Whackers and Glockenspiels.
Stay tuned for more information on Barry Bilby's Big Bush Band!
